One of the top 10 most wanted sex offenders in the state is now behind bars.
David Ross Baxley did 10 years in prison for molesting a 12 year-old girl in the 1980's. He was supposed to register as a sex offender, but he never did.
A first arrest warrant for Baxley was issued back in 2003, when he didn't register as a convicted sex offender in Rockwall County. Earlier this year, another warrant was issued in Yoakum County for drunk driving. Baxley also had a warrant out of New Mexico.
    Baxley was arrested Thursday.

While I have no idea about this man, not all registered [censored] offenders are CONVICTED [censored] offenders ...... please educate yourself better before doing your stories. You do a disservice to our children by not reporting WHOLE truths.
