Two Odessa men have been arrested after being accused of swiping close to 100 pounds of copper.
Edward Decker and Tommy Ramsay were arrested on Thursday in Midland County. Investigators say they were found on West County Road 127 with copper that was allegedly stolen from Patterson UPI. Both are being held on theft of metal charges.
Copper theft has been a big problem lately, since it's selling for about three dollars a pound at scrap yards.
