Kermit Police Chief's Son Sent Back to Jail

    The son of the Kermit Police Chief is heading back to jail after his bond was increased.
    Justin Williams is accused of kidnapping a woman at knifepoint and then raping her in his car. He had posted $50,000 bond, and was let out of the Winkler County Jail.
    But a grand jury said that total wasn't enough, so they increased the bond to $500,000.It's not clear if Williams is back behind bars at this time.
