A Midland couple is behind bars, charged with aggravated assault of a child.
Aaron and Rebecca Wheeler were guests at the child's home when the incident occurred, according to mywesttexas.com. The mother of the 9 year-old victim allegedly reported the incident to the police after her daughter told her that Aaron Wheeler had touched her inappropriately.
The mother also allegedly caught the man in bed with her daughter. Police took the couple in for questioning earlier this week. That's when Aaron Wheeler allegedly confessed to the crime. It was also reported that his wife admitted that she watched the act take place. Now they're both being held on $50,000 bond each.
