Odessa Woman Gets 18 Months For Child Porn

ODESSA -- An Odessa woman is headed to prison for 18 months after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography.
Virginia Cheyenne Earnest, 33, admitted in court that she videotaped her 4-year-old daughter while performing sex acts in the bathtub. She originally faced a minimum of 15 years behind bars, but was given a lighter sentence after agreeing to cooperate with authorities, and give possible testimony in another case.
Along with an 18 month sentence, Earnest was fined $25,000. She'll also have to spend 30 years on supervised release after her prison term is complete.
