Midland Water and Sewage Bills Rise

MIDLAND -- Midlanders can expect to see a change in their monthly water and sewage bill.
The city says rates are increasing by 2.5%. The change went into effect at the beginning of October, and so everyone can expect to start paying a little more next month.
