MIDLAND -- A bad industrial accident killed a man in Midland Thursday morning.
The accident happened on North Main Street around 11:00 AM Thursday. Police say that Randy Layne Gamble was working for Suddenlink, and was in the bucket of his service truck. When police got there, Gamble was laying on the ground next to the truck. He had fallen out of the side of the bucket to his death.
The cause of the accident is still unclear, and Gamble's body is being sent to Tarrant county for an autopsy.
