MIDLAND -- Midland Coalition is looking for a little financial help following the success of their Medicine Take Back program.
Midland Coalition collected more than 100,000 prescription pills since their first roundup in September. Over 2,500 have been opiates - including Hydrocodone and Oxycodone. Both are highly abused by teens and adults, and can be fatal. They've also collected and recycled over 3,000 medicine bottles.
Midland Coalition is hoping to get some financial help to keep the program going. Anyone interested can call Dale Seago at (432) 685-3645.
