FORT STOCKTON -- A 22 year old murder case hit the courtroom in Fort Stockton Tuesday.
Joseph Daggett went missing in 1988. His body has never been recovered, but more recently, authorities  arrested two men in connection with his disappearance. Lightsey Saul is one of the men who was arrested, and the Fort Stockton court hearings involved his case.
Defense attorneys were hoping to move the trial out of West Texas. According to attorney Jim Darnell, the judge carried that motion, meaning it has been delayed.
