ODESSA -- The city of Odessa still hasn't heard from five sex offenders that they couldn't talk to last week.
Operation REAP Harvest had several groups keeping track of 126 sex offenders. Police checked on every one of those offenders, making sure they were living where they said they were.
Most of the sex offenders checked out, but there were five offenders that the city wasn't able to reach. Now, almost a week later, there's still no change in their status.
If police can't reach these five offenders soon, arrest warrants will be issued for them.
