Man Charged In Fatal Odessa Crash

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is facing charges that stem from a fatal late night crash.
    A warrant has been issued for 22-year-old Daniel Marquez, after he crashed into a tree early on November 6th. Marquez had allegedly been speeding and lost control of the Pontiac Firebird he was driving.
    Marquez was taken to Medical Center Hospital, along with the two passengers that were in the car. One of those passengers - 19-year-old Brady Allen Todd - died on November 10th.
    Marquez is facing felony charges of intoxication manslaughter and assault.
