Odessa Man Arrested For Fatal Accident

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars for his role in an accident there.
    22 year-old Daniel Carrillo Marquez was arrested Wednesday. Police say he was speeding in a Pontiac Firebird near 8th Street and Washington on the morning of November 6th when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree. He was taken to Medical Center Hospital, along with two passengers in the car. One of those passengers - 19 year-old Brady Allen Todd - died from his injuries four days later.
    Marquez is facing charges of intoxication manslaughter and assault.
