MIDLAND -- Lacks recently announced they were filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
On Thursday, the national furniture chain, announced they're having their Going-Out-Of-Texas sales. All of the store's Texas locations are shutting down as they work to get out of debt. That means they're offering 30 to 50 percent off all merchandise, along with selling store fixtures.
Lacks has stores in Midland and Odessa, as well as Lubbock and Abilene.
