Man Arrested After Pursuit in Midland

MIDLAND -- Police arrested a man who led them on a pursuit that started around Hogan Park in Midland Wednesday night.
    Police were trying to pull a man over for a possible traffic violation when that man hit a marshal's car and sped off. That marshal chased him and called in backup. The suspect eventually crashed at Illinois and Midkiff and was arrested.
    The suspect was identified as 34 year-old Robert Reyes Costilla. He's being held at the Midland County Detention center for the U.S. Marshal's Service.
