Three teenage boys were killed in a car accident that happened about six miles north of Odessa. According to DPS, this happened just after noon Saturday in the intersection of 385 and Cottonwood.

We're told 18-year-old Luke Anthony Brown was driving a 2008Jeep Liberty. His passengers were 18-year-old Joshua William Harrell and 17-year-old Robert Earl Walker III. The jeep was traveling westbound on Cottonwood, but disregarded the stop sign. As a result, the jeep was struck by an 18-wheeler, which was traveling northbound on 385.

Brown was pronounced dead at the scene. Harrell and Walker died later at Medical Center Hospital. The driver of the 18-wheeler, Bobby Jack Brown, was not injured in the accident.
