The university has a collection of items from Kennedy's presidency, but they're asking for the public's help to make this exhibit even more special.
"We're inviting people to come to the museum who might have been alive on that day, if they'd like to bring written remembrances of where they were and what they were doing," Museum Director Charles Cotten told Big 2. "And if not, we have special recording equipment that will be happy to record the remembrances of that day."
The museum would typically be closed on Monday, but they made an exception since it's the anniversary of JFK's assassination. The exhibit will run through December 3rd.
