Too Much Vitamin D Could Be Bad

MIDLAND  -- Vitamin D helps build strong bones, and can help fight cancer and heart ailments, but there's a limit to how much of the vitamin is good.
    In fact, too much Vitamin D can actually hurt your kidneys and damage your heart. A new study from the Institute of Medicine recommends that most people scale back their Vitamin D usage to just 600 international units per day. To put that in perspective, one can of tuna has 200 international units.
