Man Arrested For Exposing Self To Teenage Girl

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars, accused of exposing himself to a teenage girl.
Luis Carrasco, 26, was arrested on Wednesday in connection with an incident that happened Tuesday night in West Odessa. Police say Carrasco was circling a neighborhood in his Chevy pickup and that he exposed his genitals to a 15 year-old girl, who called the police.
Carrasco is charged with indecency with a child by exposure, which is a felony.
