MIDLAND -- On Tuesday evening, there's a meeting on a heated issue - the Blue Ridge apartments along Loop 250.

People living near the complex - which is still under construction - were furious when they saw the developer was putting buildings up differently than approved in the first site plan. They say that residents of the new complex will be able to look down into their backyards, and they're considering a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit.

The developer, council members and more will be at the meeting on Tuesday night at 6 PM at Midland City Hall.
