If you were driving near the intersection of Midkiff and Wadley on Sunday evening, you might have seen smoke or even fire. Believe it or not, that was coming from a vehicle.

The vehicle caught fire in front of Pinkies Liquor Store around 6 o'clock that evening. We spoke to the owner of the vehicle who said he's been having problems with it recently, and Sunday... it eventually stalled out just before going up in flames.

The Midland Fire Department was quick to respond. Luckily, no one was injured, but the car is completely destroyed.
