Teen Arrested For Fatal Crash Into Odessa House

ODESSA -- A man who was injured when a car that crashed into his house in Odessa has died.

    The crash happened about 5:30 Saturday evening at Boulder and Englewood in Odessa. James and Melba Pay-Singer were in the house when it happened, and they were both rushed to Medical Center Hospital with serious injuries. James Paysinger, 72, later died as a result of his injuries. Melba was treated and released.

    Frederick Gardea Gonzales, 18, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault for the incident.
