Man Killed In Early Morning Rollover Crash Near Odessa

ODESSA -- A man is killed in an early morning rollover crash in Odessa.

    The fatal crash happened just east of the intersection of Loop 338 and TX 191. Odessa Police say 21-year-old Byron Briscoe Monahan was driving west, when he lost control of his pickup. The truck rolled several times, throwing him from the vehicle. Officers say Monahan was found lying next to the truck.

    Authorities say Monahan was pronounced dead at the scene just after 5:00 AM. He had not been wearing his seat belt.
