Andrews Man Killed In Truck Crash

 ANDREWS COUNTY -- An Andrews man is dead after an 18-wheeler accident in Andrews County.

       Troopers tell Big 2 that the accident happened just before 7 PM Wednesday evening at the intersection of County Road 7001 and F.M. 1967. Jared Tanner Joiner, 22, was driving a mack truck and trailer southbound on the county road and blew right through the stop sign. Joiner and his 18-wheeler then reportedly went airborne, slamming into a ditch.

    Authorities say Joiner was pronounced dead just before 8 PM. He was not wearing a seat belt.
