Craddick Introduces Bill To Help Non-Profits

AUSTIN -- Representative Tom Craddick filed House Bill 457 earlier today to help bring more funding to non-profits across the state.
The bill would amend the charitable raffle act to allow qualified organizations to legally promote an upcoming raffle via the internet and social media sites. That said, if passed, the law will continue to restrict an organization from paying for advertising.
