MIDLAND -- We're in the season of giving, but Midland Police are looking for a robber who took money from a Cavenders employee Thursday night.

Police say a man robbed an employee of the western store Thursday night while that employee was holding the store's deposit bag behind the building. The robber allegedly took an unknown amount of cash from the bag and ran.

Police say the robber is a black man in his early-to-mid 20s. They have not named any suspects or made any arrests as of yet.

    The investigation continues.
