Cloud cover will be persistent throughout the day. Temperatures will remain normal for this time of the year.  While clouds will remain in the region on Wednesday, temperatures are expected to rise into the upper 60s.  Winds speeds also will kick up Wednesday night and last until Friday morning.  Once winds die down, temperatures will take a dive.
