Robert Perry, 48, was arrested Monday night after officers were called to his home on Pasadena. Perry's sister said she felt threatened by him, and officers separated the two.
When one officer started patting down Perry, he revolted and started fighting that officer. Perry was eventually handcuffed and taken into the police cruiser. While he was in the back seat, he kicked an officer in the groin.
Now, Perry's feeling the pain. He's charged with felony assault of a public servant.
