MIDLAND COUNTY -- A car fire put some Midland County residents on edge Wednesday night.

The vehicle went up in flames near the intersection of West County Road 132 and South County Road 1311 around  10:15 PM Wednesday.

Few details are being released in this fire, but authorities believe it might have been started by some working on the vehicle. A torch and lots of other tools were found near the scene.

    No injuries are being reported.

Midland fire officials did tell Big 2 that they've been called to the area of the fire several times already for fires since the burn ban was enacted in Midland County.
