Midland Woman Accused Of Spitting On Corrections Officer

MIDLAND -- A Midland woman is in big trouble after she allegedly spat on an officer in the Midland County Jail.
   
    Inell Brantley was arrested on New Year's Eve. According to an affidavit, Brantley, 28, spent most of the night punching and kicking her cell door. When officers tried to move Brantley to a restraint chair, she spat on an officer's arm.

    Corrections officials eventually put a spit mask on Brantley and restrained her in the chair. Now, Brantley's facing charges of spitting on a corrections officer.
