Permian Student Hospitalized After Crash

ODESSA -- A Permian student is in critical condition after getting a head-on collision last night near Odessa.

    The crash happened at F.M. 554 near Loop 338 around 8:20 PM Tuesday. Police say Kelsey Foster was driving a Ford Explorer was north on FM 554. The vehicle veered into the southbound lane, causing a head-on crash with a Chevy Silverado. Police say that both vehicles were badly damaged in the crash.

    Both drivers were taken to Medical Center Hospital. The other driver was treated and released, but Foster remains in critical condition at the hospital.
