AUSTIN -- The Texas Legislature will have a lot of decisions to make when they meet again Tuesday.

One of the biggest decisions facing lawmakers will be the state budget. And now, the state knows what money they'll be working with.

Comptroller Susan Combs released the 2012 - 2013 Revenue Estimate on Monday. The state is expected to have more than $72 billion available during that time.

Texas is expected to get $77.3 billion in revenue from taxes, fees and other income. But by the end of the current two year period, they'll also have a deficit of $4.3 billion in their ending balance to pay off.

With all the deficit money paid off, the state will still have billions to work with. Now, its up to the lawmakers to see where that money will go.
