ODESSA -- Wednesday was Day Two of the Billings trial taking place at the Ector County Courthouse. On Wednesday we learned about the 13 year old autistic girl who says she was raped in 2007 when she was only nine years old.

Big 2 has decided not to release her name in respect of her family and her privacy. This little girl took the stand today, she was soft spoken but didn't hesitate when attorneys asked her questions.

On Wednesday, she pointed out 26 year old, Dwayne Billings, the man who she says raped her in 2007. She referred to him as "punk rock." We later learned that "punk rock" was the nickname billings told the little girl to call him.

Defense Attorney David Zavoda kept mentioning a one-legged man named James Billings, who is Dwayne Billings late father. Zavoda said James Billings was there when the girl was kidnapped, and he made it seem that James Billings might have something to do with the rape of this girl.

We also heard from two nurses who received the little girl when police retrieved her from the Billings trailer. They say the little girl told them that she hurt down there, he licked me there, I told him to stop but he didn't.

Even after all this testimony, I overheard defense attorney Zavoda say to his client, "you ok? there wasn't any surprises today, hang in there." And that's exactly what juror's are going to have to do, hang in there, since there is no set time line on this case. And Big 2 will be covering this trial until the verdict, so stay tuned for the latest.
