Odessa Man Arrested For Improperly Touching Boy

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars, accused of touching a 6 year-old boy inappropriately.
Sergio De La Garza was arrested Tuesday. According to an arrest affidavit, Garza, 65, touched a young family member inappropriately at some point in December. The boy came forward earlier this month and he was cross-examined at Harmony Home and Medical Center Hospital last week.
Now, Garza's charged with felony aggravated assault of a child. He's being held on $250,000 bond.
