MIDLAND -- Midland Police are looking into a convenience store robbery that happened overnight Thursday.

The robbery happened at the 7-Eleven on Wall Street around 8:30 PM Thursday. The clerk there said that two African-American men walked inside with hoodies and bandanas covering their faces. One pulled a gun on the clerk and ordered him to empty the register. The clerk did as he was told, and the crooks took off.

Both suspects appear to be in their 20's, and are slender. The first was about 5'6", wearing a dark hoodie and a blue bandana. The second was about 5'8" with a light hoodie and dark sweat pants.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Midland Crimestoppers at 432-694-TIPS (8477).
