Weidner To Build New Apartments In Odessa

ODESSA -- There's been a lot of growth on the east side of Odessa recently, and it looks like that trend is going to continue.
   
    Weidner Apartments is planning on building an apartment complex at 52nd and JBS Parkway. The company, which owns several apartment complexes in Midland and Odessa, is expected to buy 20 acres at the site. That site is close to several restaurants, Walmart and the Music City Mall.

    Weidner is also building another apartment complex on Faudree Road in northeast Odessa.
