MIDLAND -- Big 2 spoke with Midland College President Dr. Steve Thomas on Wednesday to hear his take on the proposed closing of Odessa College.

"It makes no sense to close institutions that will help us work through the economic recession," Thomas told Big 2.

Thomas added that Midland College plans to lobby diligently to make sure all colleges that are at risk of being shut down are protected.
