KERMIT -- The final person facing charges from the Winkler County nurse trial turned himself in to authorities Wednesday.

Former Winkler County Hospital administrator Stan Wiley was indicted on two counts of retaliation last week, and he was arrested Wednesday afternoon before being released on $7,500 bond.

Winkler County Sheriff Robert Roberts, Attorney Scott Tidwell, and Dr. Rolando Arafiles were all booked on Tuesday on retaliation and misuse of information charges. All three posted bond immediately.

The indictments and arrests follow a 2009 incident at Winkler County Hospital that ended with the firing of two nurses. The two nurses were charged with misuse of public information after they filed a complaint against Dr. Arafiles. Those charges against Vicki Lynn Galle were dropped before trial, and Anne Mitchell was acquitted.

Now, Roberts, Tidwell, Arafiles and Wiley will face charges related to the incident.
