Man Arrested For Beer Bottle Attack

ODESSA -- A Waco man is behind bars, accused of attacking a woman with a beer bottle in Odessa.

    Robert Thomas Green was arrested on Saturday night. Police say Green, 28, threw a full beer bottle at a woman in the 2700 block of Rogers Avenue. The bottle reportedly hit the victim in the face.

    When police arrived, Green ran away. Police caught him soon afterward.

    Green is charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest. He's still being held in the Ector County Detention Center on more than $57,000 bond.
