SAN ANGELO --  Polygamist leader Warren Jeffs has had his trial delayed for a third time.

He was in a Tom Green County courtroom Monday morning with a new attorney, who said he needed more time to go over all of the evidence in the case.

In response to that, the judge ruled that the trial would now be pushed back to July 25th, and it could be pushed back even further.

It had originally been scheduled for January, then pushed to February.

Jeffs is accused of having sex with two children at the Yearning for Zion ranch in Eldorado that was raided back in 2008.
