Overnight lows will reach single digits and with the added wind, the wind chill index will have no problem dropping well below zero.  The mountains could see a WCI of -25 while the rest of the Basin could see a WCI anywhere from -5 to -15.  Thursday will be another cold day with mostly cloudy skies.  Friday, conditions begin to thaw and ckies partially clear giving way to a pleasant day on Saturday.
