Man Gets 10 Years For Odessa Robbery

Bobby Hines was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Tuesday. According to police, Hines, 28, went into the Days Inn on East Business 20 in Odessa early on April 27th and asked the clerk for a room. He proceeded to viciously beat the clerk with a tire iron before stealing $175 from the register.
Hines was arrested a week after the incident. He was facing up to 99 years behind bars before pleading guilty.
