ECISD Principal Could Face Criminal Charges

ODESSA -- The principal of Barbara Jordan Elementary announced on Friday that she would retire. Now, Jan Brown could also be facing criminal charges.

    Brown was placed on administrative leave on January 14th, while Texas Rangers E.C.I.S.D Police last week.

    Now, district police have asked the Ector County Attorney's Office to look into possible misdemeanor charges against Brown for giving false information to an administrator.

    The attorney's office tells Big 2 that no charges have been filed yet, but that could possibly happen as soon as next week.
