ODESSA -- An incident left a 5-year-old Odessa boy dead is still under investigation.

Kimberly Ann Moore, 27, and Ralph Martinez Jr., 25, are facing charges for injury to a child for the incident. Moore's son -- Zachary Dominguez -- died after he was rushed to Medical Center Hospital in cardiac arrest Saturday.

Ector County District Attorney Bobby Bland tells Big 2 that Dominguez's physical autopsy is complete, although the results have not been released. Bland added that his office is still waiting for Odessa Police to send their report on the incident.

Meanwhile, an arrest affidavit alleges that Dominguez had burn marks and bruises on his body. The affidavit also says that another child in the home had bruises and scar tissue on his body.
