ODESSA -- A man accused of a December murder has been indicted.

Christopher Redic was indicted in the 161st District Court in Ector County on Monday. Redic is accused of killing Freddie Hall III outside the Odessa Motor Inn early on December 28th. Witnesses said that two men were arguing in the parking lot when they heard a gunshot, and police found Hall lying dead on the pavement with a chest wound.

Redic fled to Bell County, but U.S. Marshals tracked him down in Temple and arrested him. Redic was later brought back to Ector County.

Redic is facing first-degree murder charges. He's being held on $1 million bond.
