Arrest Made in Midland Murder Case

Terrence Eugene Neal was arrested by U.S. Marshal's Friday afternoon. Neal, 23, is accused of shooting 30-year-old Derome Williams in the head outside Zac's Club on 601 E. Industrial early on February 26th. Witnesses say that two men were arguing in the club's parking lot when someone pulled out a gun and fired a single shot.
Midland Police found Williams lying in the parking lot when they arrived. Williams was rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital for surgery, but he died later in the week.
Now, Neal is facing murder charges for the incident. He's being held on $1 million bond.
