LUBBOCK -- A West Texas terror suspect has been indicted.

Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari was indicted in Lubbock on Wednesday for attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. Aldawsari was a student at South Plains College before he was arrested on February 23rd. The F.B.I. says they found evidence online and in Aldawsari's apartment showing that the suspect was planning to build bomb and attack several targets. George W. Bush's Dallas home was one of the targets listed.

Aldawsari could face life in prison and a $250,000 fine if he's convicted.
