Man Arrested For Sexual Assault Has Bond Reduced

ODESSA -- An Odessa man who's charged with having sex with a minor over the summer had his bond cut in half this week.
Abel Armendariz, 42, was arrested in January for the alleged July incident. Armendariz and Stephanie Orum are accused of getting an underage girl drunk and having sex with her.
Armendariz was being held on $100,000 bond. He asked to have that amount reduced, since he couldn't post bail. Now, his bond is $50,000.
Orum's bond is still $100,000.
