MIDLAND -- The holidays are almost here and in a stylish fashion Miss Cayce's Christmas Store in Midland is prepping for the season with a flare and with soup.

Saturday and Sunday, Miss Cayce's held its first "Soups On" food drive. The drive is to help the West Texas Food Bank stock up.

The drive was part of Miss Cayce's "WOW Weekend" event.

Store co-owner Becky McCraney told Big 2 News, "We are just so happy to give back to the community doing events like this that allow our customers to have fun, but also support a great cause which is the West Texas food bank."

The food bank is at a critical low and with the winter months approaching, they need food to warm the soul.
