Local Group Looking To Help Poverty-Stricken West Texans With Energy Bills

ODESSA -- West Texas Opportunities is working to make sure everyone has sufficient ability to turn on their heaters -- thanks to the Energy Assistance Blitz.

    West Texas Opportunities will have representatives at the Ector County Neighborhood Center from Tuesday through Friday, November 16th.

    Anyone who is at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty level can get help with their energy bills.

    In order to get this assistance, just bring an id, proof of residence, proof of income, and current utility bill to the Ector County Neighborhood Center.
