A showdown is brewing between Egypt's president and its judiciary.

Egyptian judges are lashing out at president Mohammed Morsy, after the president decreed his decisions are now unchallengeable.

State TV reports protesters have clashed with Morsy supporters outside the judicial building in Cairo.

And Egypt's judiciary is furious too.

Judges and prosecutors today are demanding mister Morsy retract his order.

The country's highest judicial authority calls it a quote, "unprecedented attack"
